I surely don't speak alone when I say that Southampton is my favorite place to go shopping. Hildreth is by far my favorite shop. There's everything from buttons and yarn to soaps and lotion, and all the home decor you could ever want. It's hard to walk out empty handed!
This little shop, Aerin, almost went unnoticed. The beautiful window display is what made me stop and stare. It looked like a work of art. These boots, my favorite work of art in the shop, and probably the most beautiful pair of boots I have ever seen. If they are still there right now, they wont be for long!
In the midst of a cold day shopping, nothing feels better than a nice mug of hot chocolate and a bowl of soup, in this case broccoli cheddar, at The Driver's Seat Restaurant.

Southampton is beautiful all year round, but when it comes to the colder seasons, when the crowds are away and the windows are decorated with gifts, I love it even more. Hildreth's, Aerin, J McLaughlin, Ralph Lauren, Erika's Place, and Vineyard Vines are all necessary stops during a day in Southampton for me.
